| large, open, slightly zygomorphic flowers have white centers suffusing to a carmine pink tips typical of the orssichiana species. Backs of petals exhibit a light yellow central stripe, not uncommon in S, orssichiana. Tube is short and white. Filaments are white with yellow anthers. The magenta-pink stigma is multi-lobed, typical for the species. Pericarpels (pods) are angular. |
