		upper petals deep reddish magenta with silvery throats. Lower petals deeper color. Flower length to 7 cm. Upper width 4.5 cm., lower petals 5.5 cm. Tube length 3.5 cm. Ovary receptacle 0.7 cm., five ribbed, deep opaque greenish amber. Flower shape reverse umbrella. Blooms mid June to early August (Australia). Smaller type, zygomorphic flowers on a profuse bloomer. Upper portion of petals are rose red suffusing amaranth pink centers. Tube and base of petals are Tyrian rose (bright pink) which may indicate temperature sensitivity. Rhodamine-purple stigma. Pink filaments fade lighter as flower ages.
