deep orange apricot blooms with white striations emanating from a silvery base up to petal edges. Lower petals deep orange vermilion with similar striations. Tube is silvery white. Upper petals narrow spatulate with cuspidate (pointed) to rounded tips. Lower petals spatulate with broad cuspidate tips. Flower length 8 cm. Upper width 3.5 cm., lower width 5 cm. Tube length 3.5 cm. Ovary receptacle 0.6 cm. small, faintly angled, opaque lemon hue. Normal shape flowers. Flowering season mid May or early June (Australia).
