| carmine-violet. Filaments and tube are pale silvery carmine violet. Pollen is greyish with a carmine-violet tint. Petals are obovate with cuspidate tips. Rear petals have a distinct silvery center stripe at base tapering to tip. Flower length is 6 cm. Width is 4.5 cm. Tube length is 3.5 cm. and very straight. Ovary receptacle is 4 ribbed, 0.6 cm. Blooms open early mid season. |
