petals are a vivid golden orange with a red apex and margin. The marginal coloration narrows on the lower lower half of the petal. basla petals exhibit lighter red coloration. The orange centers suffuse lto a white throat and petal base. Tubes are white. The stigma is magenta red and situated amid the cluster of anthers. Buds are peach pink prior to opening.
