lanceolate petals are sharply tipped. Apical petals exhibit small serrations along upper margins and apexes. Bases to mid centers are white suffusing light orange, then deep orange red. Tubes are long, slightly arched and white. Stamens are white. Style is magenta red. The magenta-pink stigma barely emerges from the anther cluster.
3 forward facing dentations, varying in size are along each marginal edge. Apical dentations are longest, basal dentations are smallest. Some phylloclades exhibi an extra apical tooth. Note: there is a 'Westraliana Murchison', described as a bronzy (orange) yellow, not to be confused with 'Westraliana Murchison Red'.
