flowers are rhodamine red with pale rhodamine throats. Lower petals deep carmine rose with orange to copper-orange midstripe. Flower length 6.75 cm. Upper width 6 cm., lower width 5.5 cm. Tube length 2.5 cm. Ovary receptacle 0.7 cm., four to five ribbed, opaque bronze green to yellow green. Reverse umbrella shaped flowers. Blooms mid June through July (Australia).
