redyesmature buds are an orange tinted butterscotch yellow. Open form flowers are butter yellow. Petal throats are silvery white. Petals are elliptical with strongly pointed tips. Apical petals have a pencil-thin, red marginal line along their lower half. Tubes and filaments are white. A magenta-red style supports a magenta-pink stigma which extends just beyond the anthers. Pods have four ridges.
