sharply tipped, lanceolate petals have magenta pink bases suffusing to a pastel magenta pink. Basal petals are darker and lower petals exhibit darker coloration on their apexes. Stigmas are white with 7 lobes. Mature buds are very lanceolate with basal dorsal sides deep magenta pink. Dorsal sides of upper petals are lighter pink with darker margins.
