upper petals are carmine violet with paler silvery center stripes and edged bright magenta. Lower petals pale silvery carmine violet with darker edge lines. Upper petals are spatulate with acute to pointed tips. Lower petals are broad spatulate with cuspidate to obtuse tips. Tube and filaments very pale silvery carmine violet. Pollen is greyish cream. Flower length 8.5 cm. Upper width 4 cm., lower width 5 cm. Tube length 3.5 cm. Ovary receptacle 1 cm., faintly angled, pear shaped, apple green to pale opaque yellow green. Normal to bell shape flowers. Blooms mid May to late June (Australia). Flowers are paler than either cvs. 'Lavender doll' or 'Pink Parfait'.
