bright red. Flowers are 5 cm. in length, 4 cm. in width. Petals are narrow with acute tips. Frontal view petal count is 13. Pistil bright red with 7 white stigma lobes. Filaments red violet. Ovary is 1.2 cm. 5 ribbed, green with reddish brown ribs, on a rotate semi-open form.
