	blooms are pale red violet darkening to red violet throats. Flower length is 3.5 - 4 cm., width is 6 cm. Petals are spatulated with acute apexes. Pistil is pale red violet to mauve with 4 thin white stigma lobes. Filaments A 1 cm., 5 rib, star-like ovary is mid green in color.
