rose red with large silvery throat. Lower petals much darker on their reverses. Tube very pale magenta pink. Petals obovate, broader at their bases with acute to pointed tips. Flower length is 7 cm. Upper petal width is 6 cm. Lower petal width is 4.5 cm. Tube is 2.5 - 3 cm. Ovary receptacle is 5 angled. Mid to late season bloomer. Flower color is much deeper than cv. 'South Orange'.
