lanceolate, sharply pointed petals with white running from the bases to the upper centers. Upper portions are a bright reddish pink. Thin lines of reddish pink run down the petal margins to their bases. Tube is white. Stamens are white. The magenta-pink stigma is carried at anther level or just slightly above.

EPIG 9-3: 84-93. 1997; EPIG 15-1: 3-17. 2003this is a pure S. orssichiana derived from wild forms. Large phylloclades have 2-3 small to medium size, sharply pointed dentations per marginal edge. Upper dentations are longer. Areole notches are shallow. Extra, narrow, pointed apical dentations are evident.
