orange-red petals with a darker mid stripe and reverse. Flowers are 3 cm. in length, 6 cm. in width. Petals are narrow with acute tips. Frontal view petal count is 12 - 14. Pistil is orange red with 5 white stigma lobes. Filaments are silvery, twisted clockwise around the pistil. Ovary is 0.8 cm., opaque reddish green with 5 ridges.
