petals have pale silvery magenta-pink centers. Upper petals are similar with bright magenta-pink edging. Lower petals are magenta pink with a paler silvery center stripe. Upper petals are obovate with pointed tips. Lower petals are linear, lanceolate with acute tips. The silvery, pale magenta-pink tube is 3 cm. in length. Filaments are pale, silvery magenta pink. Pollen is greyish magenta pink. Flower length is 7.5 cm. Upper width is 6 cm. Lower width is 5 cm. Ovary is four angled and 0.75 cm. in length. Australian flowering season is mid June to early August (mid to late season bloomer). Note: The E.B. Hoare letter states the pollen parent as 'Pink Perfection'. McM&H state the pollen parent as 'Tico Tico'. Here we used the McM&H parent information.
