Clades sizePhylloclades formReferenceComments
ScrenateICRA Registrationextra small, medium green phylloclades with scalloped margins exhibiting three shallow areole notches. Growth is compact and cascading, and a strong, vigorous grower. Notes: Geneva has been distributed throughout the USA and has also been sent to Europe. This cultivar was almost lost as a seedling when a pet hermit crab of the breeder's daughter escaped one night, climbed the plant rack and clipped this seedling off of the rootstock it was grafted to. Geneva was then placed in potting medium and rooted quickly and continued to grow with vigor.
