salmon orange with pale silvery magenta pink throat. Tube is very pale silvery magenta pink. Upper petals elliptic with pointed tips. Lower petals lanceolate with acute tips. Flower length is 9 cm. Upper width is 1.5 cm., lower width 2.5 cm. Tube is 4.5 cm. Ovary receptacle 1.2 cm. elongated, upturned, opaque yellow green. Flower shape is butterfly (recurved). Flowers early to late May (Australia).
