Petals are lighter at the base (creamy pink), transitioning to coral-orange in the midsection, with slightly deeper reddish-orange tones at the apexes. Petals are narrow, numerous, and arranged in multiple layers. Petal tips are pointed to acute. Floral tube is shortened. Pollen is very pale cream; anthers are small and not very prominent. Stamens in the fully open flower are not arranged in a distinct cluster, but are loosely and irregularly distributed among the petals. Pink stigma extends slightly above the anthers. Ovary receptacle is light green.
