soft orange red with flush of peachy pink. Base of petals are lighter in color, gently diffusing to a darker color toward petal apexes. A faint mid-stripe of a darker orange-red may be present on some of the petals. Frontal petal count is 13 petals. Petals are mildly to acutely tipped. Stamens curl to surround the style. Sigma has 6 creamy white lobes.

SRL Teammedium green phylloclades have narrow bases and broad apexes with 4 marginal areoles per side containing a few, fine, light brown bristles. Apical bristles are more prominent. Phylloclades lack red marginal pigmentation. Note: flower color appears to range from pale to vibrant, this may be due to fertilizer response.
