Upper petals spatulate with pointed tips, lower petals spatulate with obtuse tips. Flower length 7 cm. Upper width 3 cm., lower width 3.5 cm. Tube length 3 cm. Ovary receptacle 0.7 cm., short, upturned, pinkish amber hue. Blooms late May to mid June (Australia). Butterfly form (recurved) flowers McM&H description: pale orange. |
